What Is Considered a Good Credit Score?

650 and above is considered to be a good credit score. If you’re in the 800s you’re considered to have excellent credit. If you’re somewhere between 500 and 650 you may be somewhere in the fair zone.

But these targets really range depending on where you’re getting your credit score from. Your credit score will not be the only factor in determining whether or not you’re able to obtain financing, and what price point your interest will have.
