I have never experienced such a poorly run online business. Over the course of an afternoon they had preapproved me for three different amounts, $10,000 , $2,100 and $1,500. I tried talking to them by phone. Each of the so-called customer service representatives gave me a different story and as soon as I got them to go off script they were even more useless. Their final answers were pretty much all the same. Go to the store. After going through this for the better part of an afternoon I found out that even with online approval they want you to go to the store with all your information so I have to wonder what the online process is supposed to accomplish at Cash4you. I had expected the sort of experience I've had in the past with companies such as MoGo money and icash where the transaction is actually processed online and an e-transfer is sent usually in under 30 minutes. Cash4you online is a total waste of time. They pretend to offer online service when they should just send you to a store at the beginning of the process because that's where you end up even after spending hours with them online. Why not save yourself the frustration and avoid these people all together.
