You apply once. Our application goes to the lender most likely to approve the amount and purpose you enter. Moncton sends us too few personal loan applications for us to publish what the city borrows, so the figures above come from the lenders' published terms.
No. Nine of the thirteen lenders consider a score under 560, and three set no minimum at all. The other four want a fair score or better. Income minimums run from $1,000 to $2,500 a month. One of the thirteen accepts disability or pension income.
Only a licensed lender. Every payday lender offering loans to New Brunswickers must be licensed with the Financial and Consumer Services Commission, even one that works only online. There is no exception for out-of-province companies. Check the Commission's register before you deal with one. Federal law limits a payday loan's cost to 14% of the amount advanced. The thirteen lenders above offer longer loans priced as an annual rate. The province is on the personal loans in New Brunswick page, and every personal lender we work with is on the personal loans in Canada page.
