Honestly it was a pleasure dealing with the folks at Sparta. They were always ready to help out, were incredibly friendly, and when an issue did come up in which an accessory went missing they immediately reimbursed me not just for the cost of the the item but the tax and shipping as well for that matter. They also worked to find me the item I wanted in my price range even though I’ll be the first to admit the request bordered on unreasonable. I especially enjoyed the more casual manner of speaking a few of the folks I dealt with had, I felt more like I was excited to buy a product with an exceptionally knowledgable friend as opposed to the more stuffy image that often comes to mind when people think of finance companies.

Personally I’d have a hard time not recommending this company to just about anyone.

I won’t say they are NOT salesmen and women at the end of the day, quickly handling my issue and going above and beyond DID only cost them a few hundred bucks to make me feel like they “did me a favour” which is a good tactic for making someone feel like they owe the company but I want to make it clear that my rating is based on they level of diligence and customer service on offer and not simply me feeling like they are owed now, they genuinely were nice enough and worked hard enough to find me a machine that fit my specifications the entire time that I can’t imagine giving this group less than 5 stars.

I should also point out I’ve had a decent amount of time to think about this review so there is no hype clouding my view, they just made borrowing a large sum of money enjoyable if you can believe it.

Whether you feel like you have only a general idea of what you’re looking for and want or you have exact specification they very much will work hard to find you what you want. In fact my original call was not a hopeful one but even though I wasn’t making it easy they didn’t simply tell me it was impossible and try to sell me on something else, they discussed alternatives and then went out and found the *perfect* machine for me. Give these folks some business, they really do deserve it in my view.
