Never ending frustration
B2B Bank is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Apparently this has been the case for years based on the other reviews, but the Pandemic and working from home scenarios have clearly made this much worse. There is absolutely no internal communication whatsoever, and no way to speak to anyone except front line customer service agents who have no clue what is going on. A very simple process of applying for a new loan to replace a previous one that had a co-signer who needed to be removed has turned into a 3-month ordeal, that has included an endless parade of misinformation, one unauthorized withdrawal of many thousands of dollars from my account, weeks of frustration, and nearly cost me my house.
