Great place! Was easy and fast to get funding too with a "fair" credit rating. Jasmin was the agent that assisted me, she was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Her manager was also extremely friendly. It is a very welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Ran into a bit of financial trouble and with fairstone we are on our way to a better credit score, and have since cleared up some major debt that was weighing us down. I found the experience i had with fairstone to be plesant and not painful at all. As long as you have your ducks in a row before proceeding to apply there should be no problem. Yes the interest is high but as your credit improves you can always re finance, and if your on a financial pinch these are the people that will help see you through. Again thanks fairstone.

Hello, this was my first time trying Fairstone. I was very happy with my experience, I don't do much of my financial stuff online but needed some quick cash and decided to try them. I have good credit so I was able to get approved and funded quickly.

I got approved and funded within 48 hours which was great. The interest rate is a bit high but I was fine to pay a premium for the quick turn around. Would recommend to those that can handle paying more interest for quick money.

Sakshi (Markham) gave me a call, I thought she wanted to offer me a loan, I was about to decline because I don't have a job right now. But she insisted that my loan was insured. Guess what, in 24 hours after I sign insurance paper, They offer to pay about 12 months of my loan. I was amazed how efficiently she dealt with my issue. She is the best.
Call when you say your going to call
I feel that if a store manager says they are going to call in a half hour, the call should be close. I called at 11 ish and I am still waiting at 2:30. I have called and got an answering machine. I feel frustrated and that your company does not appreciate my business.

Be Aware
My uncle recently passed away. They had a loan from this company for a washer and dryer. I am not too sure exactly how long ago. In either event I will be bringing this to the better business bureau and probably CBC. I am paying the account off today and it is for more than what the washer and dryer was worth in the first place. Please be aware of these companies.
